Our Kumamoto Prefecture food course is a nine-course meal that will delight even customers from outside the prefecture, including horse sashimi, a five-piece sashimi platter, and Aso acorn pork steak.Our horse sashimi is a proud product of Koga Farm, a specialty store that carefully raises and sells horses in Kikuyo Town, Kumamoto Prefecture.The pork we use is Aso Acorn Pork from Aso Livestock.The pork has a light texture thanks to being fed acorns and drinking Aso natural water.
